  • Skid shoes improve the handling and maneuvering of snow blowers. Designed to protect driveways, walkways, garages and porches from scratches. Will not wear down like fixed steel or plastic skids, Makes handling and maneuvering easier.
  • These advanced, high-performing rolling skid shoes allow snow blowers to roll over rather than scrape surfaces such as pavement and concrete. Made of durable, nylon material, these skid shoes resist wear and wont rust, Works in temperatures down to 30 deg below zero.

Details: It comes with 4 thick stiffness washers, Ensure that they can be used smoothly. Tighten the nut before use so that the washers are in a fixed position, the warping of the washers will lose the ability to hold the pads in place. Before securing the Skids in place, make sure the bottom surface is parallel to the ground so the Skid wheels are the only point firmly on the ground. Check the Skids and adjust as needed after each use IF you happened to bump/run over cracked/uneven sections of sidewalk as that may bump the Skid out of adjustment. As you use your snow blower, make sure to lift the Skids off the ground (press down on the your snowblower handles) before making any turns, otherwise, by sliding sideways on those Skid wheel will likely cause flat spots and lead the wheels to become inoperable.
